Senior Data Analyst

Our Team working on an exciting project for Financial Services client, dealing with large volume of consumer data. We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and deep expertise in SQL to join our team. This hybrid role combines business analysis and data analysis responsibilities, requiring someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to gather requirements, analyze complex datasets, and deliver actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements.


• Translate business questions into data analysis and reporting solutions.


• Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using advanced SQL.


• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support key business initiatives.


• Identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve business performance.


• Support data governance, data quality checks, and documentation of data sources and logic.


• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.


• 8+ years of experience in a combined Business Analyst and Data Analyst role.


• Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.


• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.


• Strong understanding of business processes, KPIs, and data modeling concepts.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
