Account Executive - Texas

About the role:
As part of our continued growth, Agora is hiring Account Executives to join our team in Austin, TX or surrounding areas. We’re looking for driven, goal-oriented sales professionals who are excited to help transform the Real Estate Investment industry.
In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, across our entire product suite. You’ll focus on strategic accounts and high-potential prospects, presenting our solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, and C-level decision-makers.
What your day would look like:
- Manage the full sales cycle, including self-prospecting, running sales meetings, product demos, POCs, proposals, and closing negotiations.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and deals - working with SDR’s or solo.
- Develop a targeted prospecting strategy for the real estate market, including weekly prospecting activities to build pipelines.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Manage your sales pipeline effectively in Hubspot
- Continually contribute to the development of the sales team, including but not limited to documentation, processes, procedures, solution procurement, and implementation.
- Provide sales support both during calls and behind the scenes by collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and R&D.
- Communicate with the Product Team about customers' technical needs and requirements.
- Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
- Complete post-sale processes with the finance team.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience is required
- Experience selling a PropTech or FinTech solution is highly desirable, but not required.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Skilled in managing the full sales cycle for a SaaS solution
- Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses
- Proactive in building pipeline from scratch through cold calling, email outreach, and more
- Comfortable cross-selling multiple products to new and existing clients
- Strong at account penetration and engaging with key stakeholders
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Exceptional at building relationships, negotiating, and closing deals
- Self-motivated, curious, and personable
- Willing to travel for client meetings and events
- Ability to work out of our Austin office 3-4 days a week
- Additional languages are a plus

Compensation:
$160,000–$200,000 OTE, with a 50/50 split (Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000 & Commission: $80,000–$100,000). Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks. We encourage you to apply if your expectations are outside this range.
