Insurance Sales Representative

Position Details

• In-office position
• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Future work-from-home opportunities may be available based on performance and tenure.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads.
• Follow up on leads and provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare insurance quotes and explain policy options.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are a plus.
• Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance licenses are required.
