About the Role We are seeking friendly and reliable Ushers to support our team during on-site events and activations throughout Austin, TX. As part of our front-line event staff, you will help guide attendees, manage seating areas, and ensure guests move smoothly throughout the venue. Responsibilities * Welcome guests and provide a friendly first impression upon arrival * Guide attendees to seating areas, event spaces, or designated sections * Assist with crowd flow and help maintain organized entry and exit points * Answer guest questions and provide clear directions throughout the venue * Monitor seating areas to ensure guests are comfortable and spaces remain organized * Assist with distributing event materials when required * Support event staff with setup and breakdown tasks when needed Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with the public * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to remain attentive and organized in busy environments What We Offer * Competitive weekly pay * Clear opportunities for growth and advancement * Supportive and energetic team environment * Hands-on experience with major corporate events * Travel opportunities depending on event schedule
