Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing therapy services in skilled nursing and long-term care (Part B) settings.
• Experience managing a daily caseload of more than 10 patients during evaluations.
• Ability to meet productivity requirements of 85–90%.
• Flexible professional appearance consistent with facility dress code: any color scrubs allowed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems common to skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: 5x8s (five 8-hour days per week).
• Weekends are not required; therapists work five 8-hour days.
• Clinicians provide therapy services to both skilled nursing and long-term care (Part B) patients.
