Equipment Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a highly motivated Equipment Maintenance Technician to support our growing Ethium production team.

Key Job Elements

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment, including robotic systems, electrical components, and controllers.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues and perform necessary repairs and adjustments.
• Monitor equipment performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Comply with all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding equipment issues and maintenance activities.
• Participate in equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Provide training and support to other technicians as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a technical-related field, military electronics training, or equivalent prior technician experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of equipment technician experience, preferably with preventive maintenance responsibilities.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with proven troubleshooting ability.
• Proficiency in the use of computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work Schedule

We are looking for 1 day shift employee and 1 night shift employee.
