Lead Business Systems Analyst - CX

IDR is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst - CX to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Richardson, TX. This role involves leading efforts to design and implement digital solutions aimed at enhancing the customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, define system requirements, and ensure seamless delivery of commerce and self-service solutions.

Position Overview for the Lead Business Systems Analyst - CX:

• Lead the design and implementation of customer experience solutions that streamline customer interactions and improve satisfaction.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate development efforts, perform system configuration changes, and oversee testing processes to ensure quality deliverables.
• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose IT solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate resources for successful project delivery and post-implementation support.

Requirements for the Lead Business Systems Analyst - CX:

• 6+ years of SAP Commerce solutions project implementation experience
• 3+ years of experience leading full lifecycle SAP Commerce project implementations
• Strong functional understanding of B2B Sales processes and concepts
• Demonstrated ability to produce functional specifications for various project sizes
• Working knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution processes and data structures preferred
