Industrial Cleaner/Production Cleaner

Overview

A great Industrial Cleaner is essential to keep production running smoothly. Reporting to the Compounding Manager, the Industrial Cleaners take ownership of the cleanliness and sanitization of production areas and help ensure that cross-contamination does not occur by cleaning equipment properly. What You’ll Do

• Clean and inspect various production equipment, including but not limited to filling machines and compounding equipment, including but not limited tanks, homogenizers, pumps, pots, various stainless steel parts.
• Clean and inspect production area
• Support production activities by staging and preparing materials for production (boxes, components, etc)
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure all cleaning meets quality requirements
• Maintain an organized and sanitary work environment

• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines for production

• Communicate with supervisor throughout the day and have the ability to shift priorities as needed on short notice

• Engage and encourage your co-workers by helping to build a positive team dynamic. This includes assisting your peers and supervisors as needed throughout the work day
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What We Require

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to reach, crouch, bend, scrub, etc.
• Available during regular operating hours, as well as occasional Saturday shifts as needed
