- Product requirements (PRDs, user stories) create karna
- Model performance metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, ROI) define karna
- Data readiness, feature selection aur experimentation guide karna
- AI ethics, bias, privacy aur compliance ensure karna
- Go-to-market planning aur stakeholder communication
- User feedback aur model performance ke basis par product improve karna
- Product management fundamentals (roadmaps, OKRs, Agile/Scrum)
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, CV)
- Data analysis & metrics-driven decision making
- Stakeholder management & communication skills
- Problem-solving aur strategic thinking
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- ML lifecycle (data collection training deployment monitoring)
- APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
- MLOps basics (model versioning, monitoring, retraining)
- SQL / Python basics (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- MBA or Product Management certification (plus)
- 5 10+ years experience in Product / Tech roles
- Experience working on AI/ML products (chatbots, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, GenAI)
