Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to assess, plan, and implement therapeutic programs aimed at restoring and improving patients functional abilities and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and reassessments of gross motor skills, balance, coordination, endurance, and use of DME.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Guide and educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide training to caregivers and other personnel to support therapy goals.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines set by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed by the Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or eligible under prior regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to comprehend written and verbal communication effectively.
• Capacity to work an 8-hour day, which may include driving, standing, sitting, and completing necessary documentation
