About the Job:
This career step requires intermediate level experience. Responsible for cyber security areas across products, services, infrastructure, networks, and/or applications while providing protection for AT&T, our customers, and our vendors/partners.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily office presence.
Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) teams by leading them through the issue management process, ensuring solutions are documented, effective in reducing risk, compliant with policy and regulation(s), and are sustainable.
This work includes leading work groups in building out project plans, driving execution of plans, documenting issue and all corrective action activities, completing closure documentation and maintaining evidence.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Additional areas of work include but are not limited to: flexibility as we build an effective risk management program in IAM, maintaining a risk registry, supporting application governance routines, build control library, and risk consultant.
Become a subject matter expert of AT&T's IAM policy and standards and IAM controls.
Qualifications:
Understanding of Identity and Access Management cybersecurity domain.
Risk management experience including maintaining risk management documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field.
Job Contribution:
Intermediate level technical professional. Subject matter technical knowledge within a discipline and sound understanding of ATT technologies.
Education:
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:
Typically requires 3-5 years experience.
Experience with internal and external audits
Required/Desired Skills:
Risk & Controls background
IT and/or Cyber controls experience preferred
Our Senior Cybersecurity, earns between $130,700.00-$196,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
