We are seeking a reliable Production Lead to join our team in a refrigerated warehouse setting. This role involves overseeing the execution of facility production plans, ensuring production schedules are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a cold environment, and able to lead a team efficiently to meet daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee Production Operations : Manage and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules.
• Ensure Quality Control : Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
• Develop Production Plans : Create and implement production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands.
• Team Leadership : Supervise and train production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Safety : Ensure the warehouse is clean and safe, adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols.
• Stock Replenishment : Assist in restocking items as needed to keep the warehouse organized and ready for production.
• Temperature Adaptation : Work in a cold storage environment (refrigerated), wearing proper gear provided by the company.

Qualifications :

• Attention to Detail : Ability to oversee production processes accurately with minimal errors.
• Leadership Skills : Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and manage a team.
• Communication : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Technical Skills : Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Physical Stamina : Capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Work Environment Adaptability : Comfortable working in a cold warehouse (refrigerated storage).
• Availability : Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
