As an integral part of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our startup, enabling our founders and executive team to focus on the strategic growth and development of our business. The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage leadership schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time managementCommunication: Serve as the primary point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, including investors, clients, and government representativesDocumentation and Filing: Maintain and organize important documents, emails, and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval as neededMeeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to facilitate effective communication and decision-makingTravel Coordination: Handle all travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and ensure that travel is well-planned and efficientExpense Management: Track and manage expenses, prepare expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulationsConfidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information and business mattersAd Hoc Tasks: Assist with various ad hoc tasks and projects as requested by leadership to ensure the overall success of the companyQualifications:Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a startup or technology companyStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceAbility to work independently and take initiativeAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high degree of professionalismDiscretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrityFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of the defense industry and government processes is a plusBenefits: Medical Insurance: Comprehensive health insurance plans covering a range of servicesSaronic pays 100% of the premium for employees and 80% for dependentsDental and Vision Insurance: Coverage for routine dental check-ups, orthodontics, and vision careSaronic pays 99% of the premium for employees and 80% for dependentsTime Off: Generous PTO and HolidaysParental Leave: Paid maternity and paternity leave to support new parentsCompetitive Salary: Industry-standard salaries with opportunities for performance-based bonusesRetirement Plan: 401(k) planStock Options: Equity options to give employees a stake in the company’s successLife and Disability Insurance: Basic life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverageAdditional Perks: Free lunch benefit and unlimited free drinks and snacks in the officeSaronic CCPA Notice for Candidates and California EmployeesIf this role is based in the United States, it requires access to export-controlled information or items that require “U.S. Person” status.
