Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Client Consultation : Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' health insurance requirements and recommend appropriate plans.
• Policy Sales : Present and sell health insurance policies to individuals, families, and businesses.
• Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes to provide the best advice to clients.
• Business Development : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and expand the client base.
• Customer Support : Provide ongoing support to clients, assisting with claims, policy renewals, and any other inquiries.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in sales
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
