Engineering Talent Solutions Manager
The ENG Talent Manager (TM) ensures customer satisfaction by matching the staffing needs of technical and engineering clients with the skills and experience of the best talent. The TM utilizes tools and technology to enhance the talent experience. They work collaboratively across different areas to develop new lead sources and maintain a strong pool of talent. The TM also manages placed talent and promotes their development, to achieve desired client outcomes and assignment retention. Additionally, the TM is responsible for building and maintaining internal partnerships with assigned Client Development Manager colleagues. The TM will use their discretion and independent judgment regarding significant matters that are directly related to the management and operation of the business.

- Evaluate client talent requirements and align them with candidate skills and experience to find suitable matches.
- Manage the hiring and placement process, making informed decisions.
- Research, identify, recruit, screen, interview, and select candidates for client-specific job profiles and new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective recruiting plans to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates that aligns with client needs, utilizing all available candidate attraction methods.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews, conduct compensation analyses, and present competitive offer packages.
- Stay informed about market trends and collaborate with assigned Client Development Managers to anticipate future needs and offer valuable insights for their daily operations.
- Establish targeted business recruiting plans to build a pipeline of candidates that fulfill key job requirements.
- Utilize various social media platforms to amplify our brand's visibility and reach. Share engaging content, including job postings, company culture highlights, employee testimonials, and industry news, to attract and connect with potential candidates. Actively participate in relevant online communities and groups to establish our presence and foster relationships with talented individuals.
- Foster community involvement and business networking.
- Utilize various technologies, such as video interviewing and chat platforms, to enhance the candidate and client experience.
- Manage the disciplinary process for talent.
- Provide excellent customer service and promptly address talent or client issues to support client operations.
- Interact regularly with placed talent to ensure job satisfaction and to identify additional opportunities with current clients or future redeployment possibilities.
- Help candidates evaluate multiple job opportunities and choose the best fit.
- Ensure compliance with Randstad’s policies, EEO laws and client requirements by coordinating applicant screenings (background checks, assessments, and drug tests) and mitigate risks.
What you need to bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology or a related field highly preferred
- EIT, CMfgE, CEPC, PE Certification highly preferred
- 2–5 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience in engineering, technical, or technical staffing
- Mastery in managing candidate pipelines, maintaining high submittal quality, and consistently exceeding placement ratios
- Highly proficient in ATS and CRM workflow management (e.g., Bullhorn/Salesforce)
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Builds lasting relationships based on honesty and integrity. Unsurpassed level of professionalism and can develop strong working relationships at all levels
- Proven success using social media and online platforms to build relationships and generate talent leads. Closing skills and the ability to identify and meet customer needs
- Proven sourcing excellence across diverse platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, internal ATS), demonstrating an ability to build pipelines for hard-to-find talent
- Deep understanding of core engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, project management, manufacturing, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies or processes

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
