What you'll do:

• Build lasting client relationships to drive sales and long-term profitability
• Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers
• Optimize profitability, product mix, and inventory turnover for assigned products
• Ensure effective product performance while fostering strong customer and supplier relations
• Provide sales and technical support, resolving customer service issues
• Develop competitive pricing strategies and sales solutions
• Communicate value propositions and refine sales approaches as needed
• Promote existing products and introduce new opportunities to maximize revenue
• Monitor sales performance and profitability, crafting strategic pricing models
• Collaborate with internal teams, including branches, supply chain, and product management

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree; equivalent industry experience preferred
• Engineered wood products (EWP) and systems experience
• Proven ability to grow and maintain a large book of business
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Expertise in customer support, inventory management, and consultative sales
