Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a dedicated PT to join our home health team in the vibrant city of College Station. This role offers the chance to work closely with patients in their own homes, providing personalized care that helps them achieve their health and mobility goals.
- Assess patients physical condition and mobility
- Create tailored treatment plans for mobility
- Administer physical therapy per best practices
- Educate patients/families on home exercises
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Keep accurate patient records
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist state license
- Strong knowledge of therapy principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent with flexible schedule
- Empathetic toward patients
- Home health experience preferred
