Associate Attorney - Energy Transactions
Job description:
- Must have strong experience on financing and/or private M&A transactions.
- Experience on project and energy financing and/or energy and infrastructure-related M&A transactions is preferred.
- Have tax equity and/or IRA credit experience.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top accredited law school is required. Bar membership, active and in good standing, in the New York, Washington, DC, or Texas bar (depending on office location) is also required.
- Prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 Law Firm.
Qualifications:

- Bar membership, active and in good standing, in the Houston, TX, WDC or New York Bar (depending on office location), is also required.

They offer competitive compensation and excellent benefits that offers training and mentorship. The anticipated salary range is $235,000 to $390,000 plus bonus.
