• Job Summary:
• TeamGlobal is looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Clerical Assistant to join our team. This position primarily involves scanning and electronically filing materials into designated folders on a hard drive. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a structured clerical role within the aviation industry.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Scan and organize physical documents into digital formats
• Electronically file-scanned materials into appropriate folders on a shared hard drive
• Perform light clerical tasks using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Assist with labeling, organizing, and tracking digital files for easy retrieval
• Support with outgoing shipment setup and documentation (training provided)
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive materials
• Provide general support to the administrative team as needed

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to follow a consistent workflow with minimal supervision
• Experience with or willingness to learn basic shipping procedures
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to grow within the role
