Client Coordinator-PRN

- Greets and welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Sells our membership plans, packages, and retail products to patients.
- Optimizes patients' satisfaction, treatment time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person, by email , or by telephone.
- Checking out on Point of Sale system and managing appointment systems.
- Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying staff of patient's arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding patients and staff of service delays.
- Comfort patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area.
- Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
- Reconciles cash drawer daily.
- Manages the email and phone system to ensure all inquiries are answered.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Multi-tasking, Flexibility, Telephone Skills, Customer Service, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail, Scheduling, Word Processing , Professionalism, Quality Focus
- Sales experience in a service or retail industry preferred, preferable in a membership-based environment
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, and various software programs
- EMR/POS system experience preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain confidentiality
- Prior receptionist experience desired but not required
This job operates in a health care setting. This role requires regular walking and standing throughout the facility. This role routinely interacts with patients on a daily basis. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping. The employee must frequently move or lift items weighing over 40 pounds. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a 1099 contractor PRN position in a health care environment. Shifts will be scheduled during hours of operation, allowing for some fluctuation for pre-opening and post-closing functions. Shifts will mostly be weekend shift. Shifts will be for the full day. You will be required to pick up a minimum of 3 shifts per month in order to stay active. Shifts can be at either locations, South Congress or Anderson Ln.
