Maintenance Technician (Facilities & Equipment) - (TX - Stafford)
- Machine Maintenance : Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on food processing equipment (mixers, dumpling forming machines, conveyors, and packaging sealers).
- Facilities Upkeep : Handle basic plumbing, electrical repairs, lighting, and general "handyman" tasks around the warehouse and office.
- Troubleshooting : Quickly diagnose mechanical or electrical failures to minimize production downtime.
- Food Safety (GMP) : Ensure all repairs are done according to food safety standards. Keep maintenance logs and ensure the shop area is clean and organized.
- Parts Inventory : Track spare parts for machines and notify management when supplies or tools need to be ordered.
- Experience : 2–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance (food/beverage industry is a huge plus).
- Technical Skills : Strong understanding of mechanical drives, gearboxes, and basic electrical (110v/220v).
- Physical Ability : Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment that may be refrigerated or humid.
- Soft Skills : A "fix-it" mindset with the ability to work independently in a small-team setting.
- Local : Must have reliable transportation to our Stafford facility.
