Customer Call Representative

Monday - Friday 8:05 AM - 5:05 PM
Some Saturday work during Christmas season.
Providing excellent service to customers via email and phone.
Attention to detail and accuracy required for data entry. Great phone conversation skills.
Team Member Qualities: Positive attitude, honest, good work ethic, friendly, organized.
5 years office work experience or 2-year degree preferred.
Basic Computer Skills -Will work with: Outlook, QuickBooks, QuickBase, UPS
Compensation: based on experience and aptitude
Opportunity for raises and bonus in first year.
SEP IRA contributions, vacation/sick days start after 1 year of employment.
Medical Reimbursement Plan starting after 90 days.

Overtime may be required during busy times.
Starting Wage: $15 - $16 (negotiable per experience and aptitude)
