Senior Advisor III, Digital Products
- Lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of complex digital, data, and AI‑enabled products aligned with business strategies across refining, transportation, commercial, and marketing functions.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define product vision, roadmaps, and success measures that address current and future business needs.
- Guide prioritization decisions by balancing business value, risk, cost, and technical feasibility while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by analyzing current‑ and future‑state business processes to identify gaps and recommend technology‑enabled improvements.
- Collaborate with agile delivery teams to manage product backlogs, support sprint planning, and ensure high‑quality, user‑focused outcomes.
- Monitor product performance and adoption, incorporate user feedback, and continuously optimize solutions while ensuring compliance with responsible AI, security, and data governance requirements.
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 6 or more years of progressively complex experience in business systems, digital products, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives
- Experience leading or advising data, analytics, or AI product initiatives
- Background in oil and gas, supply and trading, value chain optimization, or large-scale industrial environments
- Experience with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, or modern application architectures
- Product management, agile, or business analysis certifications
- Strong ability to influence without authority and lead through complexity and change
- Demonstrated experience translating complex business requirements into scalable digital or data-driven solutions
- Experience working in agile delivery environments and collaborating with cross-functional product, data, and engineering teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
This position has a base salary range of $ 180,900 - $211,100. At Phillips 66, we are committed to pay transparency and competitive, equitable compensation. Each role is assigned a salary grade with a defined pay range, benchmarked against industry peers.
