AI Solution Engineer
We are looking for an AI Solution Engineer to help reinvent how our business operates.
This is not a traditional operations role, IT role, or project management role. We are looking for a builder: Someone who naturally sees friction, repetitive work, disconnected systems, poor workflows, and operational drag — and immediately starts thinking:
- How could AI handle this?
- How could this workflow improve?
- How should these systems connect?
- How do we remove work while improving the customer experience?
You will work directly with our sales, service, and operations teams to build internal tools, AI workflows, automations, copilots, and operational systems that make the business faster, smarter, and more scalable. You’ll also leverage the AI capabilities baked into our insurtech.
You will sit inside the business — listening to calls, studying workflows, understanding customer interactions, identifying friction points, and building practical solutions.
You do not need insurance experience; you’ll get that here. You do need strong builder instincts.
This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, internal operations, and AI spec-driven development, workflow automation, systems thinking, and lightweight product building.
If you are obsessed with AI, operational leverage, workflow design, customer experience, and building useful things fast, we want to talk.
What You’ll Do
- Build lightweight internal tools, AI workflows, copilots, and automations that improve speed, communication, and execution
- Connect systems together using APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and AI tools
- Work directly with frontline team members to understand workflows and fix operational friction
- Build systems that help advisors quote faster, follow up better, and communicate more effectively
- Reduce repetitive manual work and improve how information is captured, routed, summarized, and acted on
- Improve service responsiveness and customer communication workflows with AI-assisted renewal workflows and customer communication sequences
- Create systems that identify cross-sell opportunities automatically
- Build an internal “Brain” that team members can query for workflows, operational knowledge, or carrier guidance
- Prototype quickly, test ideas fast, and iterate based on feedback and results
- Create operational dashboards and workflow visibility tools
Requirements
Technical Expectations
You do not need to be a full-time software engineer. But you should be comfortable:
- Building lightweight internal applications and workflows
- Working with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation tools
- Using AI-native development environments and tooling
- Understanding how systems connect and exchange data
- Troubleshooting workflow and systems issues
- Learning new platforms quickly
- Using AI-assisted coding tools to prototype and build practical solutions
- Translating operational problems into technical workflows
Experience with tools like Claude, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Zapier, Make, OpenAI, n8n, CRMs, reporting tools, or automation platforms is highly relevant.
Benefits
- Paid time off and paid holidays
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k)
Work Environment
- Full-time, in-office role in Dallas, TX
- Candidates should reside — or be willing to relocate — within a reasonable commuting distance of North Dallas.
