Advertising Director

We are looking for a detail oriented, creative Advertising Director to lead our advertising efforts and elevate our brand presence across various channels. This position offers the opportunity to shape and execute high-impact advertising strategies that resonate with our target audience.

The Advertising Director will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and optimization of all advertising campaigns across digital, print, television, and social media. The role will require a deep understanding of marketing trends, audience segmentation, and creative storytelling, as well as a passion for driving results and growing the brand's presence. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills a must.

· Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with company goals.

· Lead the creation and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (TV, digital, social media, print, etc.).

· Collaborate with owners, sales managers, and external agencies to produce high-quality content.

· Manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

· Analyze campaign performance and provide insights into continuous improvement.

· Oversee brand consistency across all advertising touchpoints.

· Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging advertising technologies.

· Build relationships with media partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.

· Prefer Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

· Proven track record of successful advertising campaigns across multiple channels.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.

· Ability to think strategically and creatively.

· Proficiency with advertising analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).

· Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
