Virtual Customer Relations Specialist

We’re looking for individuals who would be willing to be trained to work in our virtual offices. Some customer service is preferred but not necessary. Computer, high speed internet and phone with 3 way calling and knowledge of use are necessary. Excellent written and verbal communications skills and better than basic computer knowledge are a must.
Job Responsibilities
- Appointment‑scheduling
- Assisting with customer accounts
- Answering customer questions about company products and services
Requirements
- Friendly, professional phone demeanor
- Ability to multitask
- Work unsupervised
Work is done through our virtual offices making this a telecommute position. 85% of the work is done online with the other 15% done by phone.
