Seeking an experienced EV Operations & Data Analytics Specialist to support electric vehicle charging infrastructure operations, data analytics, reporting, program administration, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, project coordination experience, and a background in EV technologies, utilities, renewable energy, or transportation electrification programs.

The selected candidate will support large-scale EV charging network operations, reporting initiatives, customer programs, and operational process improvements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support operations of a large public and fleet EV charging infrastructure network.

• Monitor charging network performance and operational metrics.

• Process incentive applications and perform compliance verification activities.

• Generate recurring and ad-hoc operational reports for management and stakeholders.

• Perform data collection, validation, cleansing, and analysis.

• Ensure reporting accuracy and data quality across multiple operational systems.

• Support program administration and operational process improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Participate in customer outreach, education, and program awareness initiatives.

• Provide operational updates, dashboards, and performance summaries.

• Support stakeholder communications and vendor coordination activities.

• Analyze large datasets and develop actionable insights.

• Assist with emerging technology initiatives and research activities.

• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Required Qualifications:

• 59 years of experience in project coordination, program operations, analytics, or related fields.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel reporting and data analysis experience.

• Strong reporting and operational analytics experience.

• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Electric Vehicle (EV) programs.

• Experience supporting EV charging infrastructure operations.

• Experience within utility, renewable energy, or transportation electrification environments.
