Gas Turbine Mechanic

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking for a skilled Gas Turbine Mechanic to join our team in Houston, TX with $22/hr. pay for a 1 year contract (potential temp to hire opportunity). This role focuses on troubleshooting, assembling, disassembling, and inspecting aero equipment and turbine components to ensure optimal performance and quality. You’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced, technical environment, supporting mechanical operations while maintaining high standards for safety and compliance. APPLY NOW!

🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | 8 Hours per Day | Onsite

📅 Contract Duration: 12 Months | Possibility of Extension

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble, and visually inspect Aero Equipment and turbine components.
• Assist in the repair and modification of non-conforming equipment.
• Accurately use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges.
• Interpret and follow detailed machining or assembly drawings.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production timelines under minimal supervision.
• Adhere to all HS&E (Health, Safety, and Environmental) policies and workshop procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Essential:

• Strong mechanical background — automotive, engineering, or industrial experience considered transferable.
• Familiarity with hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings and work routers.
• Physically capable of working in a hands-on, workshop environment.
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.

✅ Preferred:

• Previous turbine or rotating equipment experience (highly desirable but not required).
• Proven track record in a mechanical assembly or maintenance setting.
