Perseid Restaurant seeks an enthusiastic Seasonal Pool Server to join the team! This role will be collaborating closely with the broader Food & Beverage operations team. You will be part of a team that is passionate about celebrating creativity and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Role:

The Seasonal Pool Server is responsible for providing an exceptional poolside dining experience for guests. This role focuses on delivering friendly, attentive, and service oriented food and beverage service while maintaining a relaxed and elegant poolside atmosphere. The Pool Server engages with guests, takes orders, and ensures comfort and satisfaction throughout each visit.

This is a seasonal, part time position that requires professionalism, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in an outdoor pool environment while upholding luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, high-end service in accordance with service standards
• Take food and beverage orders, accurately enter them into the POS system, and deliver items promptly
• Offer menu recommendations and accommodate guest requests, including dietary needs and preferences
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to concerns or special requests in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all poolside dining areas
• Ensure all poolside areas are properly stocked with necessary supplies
• Assist with set up and breakdown of the poolside dining area before and after shifts
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times

Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position. This person may be expected to perform other tasks and duties as needed or as directed. Furthermore, employee responsibilities and job descriptions are subject to review and revision.

Qualifications

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including cocktails and wine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, outdoor environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry service trays
• Must have, or be willing to obtain, required food handler and responsible alcohol service certifications in accordance with local regulations

Schedule and Compensation:

• Seasonal, part time position for the spring and summer season
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
• Competitive hourly wage plus gratuities
