Accounting Clerk

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our team with a variety of accounting and administrative tasks. This role includes responsibilities in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), billing, invoicing, reporting , and light marketing support .

Key Responsibilities:

• Process AP/AR, invoices, and billing

• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close

• Prepare basic financial reports

• Maintain accurate records and support audits

• Assist with light marketing tasks (flyers, website updates, email campaigns)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounting experience

• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)

• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
