What We Are Looking For
Baylor University is seeking a Transfer Credit Evaluation Coordinator within the Office of the Registrar to provide critical team resources by sharing the responsibility for academic records functions, with a focus on the evaluation of transfer credit and maintenance of related systems.
A Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of relevant work experience is required. Three years of relevant work experience is preferred.
A hybrid work arrangement will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

- Banner (Ellucian) - Student Information System (SIS)
- TES & Transferology (CollegeSource) - transfer equivalencies
- OnBase (Hyland) - document management and workflows
- uAchieve (CollegeSource) - degree audits
- CIM & CAT (Courseleaf) - curriculum management and catalog
- Crystal Reports & Business Objects (SAP) - reporting from Banner and related database sources
Additional Notes:
- Experience with these programs or similar is very helpful but not required
- We will provide training as needed based on your background/experience
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
- Add transfer credit to each student's academic record in accordance with transfer credit policy, communicating with Admissions, academic units, and advising offices as needed to facilitate the transfer process
- Respond to student and advisor questions related to transfer credit equivalencies and policy
- Make modifications to transfer course equivalencies based on approvals in the ECR (Equivalent Course Request) and CIM (Curriculum Inventory Management) systems
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support the mission of Baylor University including (but not limited to) the following: processing honors credit or petitions, special projects, solving problems related to students' academic records, and assisting constituents with questions via email or phone
- Comply with University policies and FERPA
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
