Position: Speech Language Pathologist (Full-Time)
Location: Rockwall, TX

This is an excellent opportunity to join a passionate, fast-growing behavioral health team making a difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop care plans in collaboration with the Director of Speech Services.
• Supervise and support Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs).
• Create and implement data-driven therapy interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records.
• Ensure compliance with administrative and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA-accredited).
• Texas SLP License.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Credentialed by insurance providers (preferred).
