What You'll Do
- Effectively communicate detailed information on products and services provided to both established and potential customers
- Demonstrate all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting, acquiring, identifying and qualifying customers
- Develop new business; source leads and referrals
- Organize joint sales calls with vendors and senior sales staff while generating new business and revenue through cold calling
- Prepare sales orders, detailed quotes, weekly sales reports while maintaining an expense account
- Provide detailed product quotes for construction projects
- Meet or exceed monthly sales budget
- Attend Sales meetings, trainings, and activities as required
- Maintain professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company
What You'll Need
- Proficient at gathering market data along with negotiating, closing, and follow-up of sales orders while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent customer service including follow through, Time management, Planning/organization and prioritizing
- Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers
- Decision making abilities with excellent customer service in verbal and written communication
- Maintain professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company
Your Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business preferred
