WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Safety is non-negotiable. We run a Zero Incident Safety Culture and every person on this team owns that
standard.
Documentation matters. You write it down, you do it right, you leave it better than you found it.
We hire on ownership. Identify the problem, own it, communicate it, drive it closed. No excuses.
Strong electrical fundamentals are the foundation. Platform-specific skills can be developed. Work ethic
and troubleshooting instincts cannot.
