Snelling Staffing is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinato r to support a healthcare research division in San Antonio’s Medical Center area. This important role is ideal for someone passionate about clinical research and eager to deepen their understanding of research operations and regulations. The selected candidate will coordinate multiple clinical research protocols and serve as a liaison between local investigators and sponsors.

• Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (Hours may be adjusted by the Hiring Division Director)

CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR DUTIES:

• Coordinate operational activities for multiple clinical research protocols from feasibility through closeout.
• Act as a liaison between investigators, site research personnel, industry sponsors, and the internal research team.
• Ensure proper patient enrollment, informed consent procedures, and protection of study participants according to protocol guidelines.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete data entry into case report forms and electronic data capture systems; address data queries as needed.
• Monitor and report adverse events, protocol deviations, waivers, and other regulatory submissions.
• Assist with regulatory and compliance documentation and collaborate with finance and hospital administration teams.
• Attend investigator meetings, site monitoring visits, and study-related calls; communicate updates with the research team.
• Handle specimen collection, processing, shipping, and basic clinical trial procedures such as ECG acquisition and phlebotomy (training provided).
• Support inventory management and shipment tracking for study drugs, devices, and supplies.

CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
• 1+ years of relevant clinical research experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator certification (Preferred)
• Basic understanding of ICH guidelines, Code of Federal Regulations, and clinical research environment
• Effective communication and strong organizational skills
• Basic clinical competencies such as ECG acquisition, phlebotomy, specimen processing (training provided)
• Self-motivated with meticulous attention to detail
• Occasional travel may be required; Must have reliable transportation, a valid Class C license, and an acceptable driving record
• Must submit to a drug screen & criminal background check
