VisionQuest Eye Care is undergoing a major transformation. Were building a premier cataract, refractive, dry eye, and MIGS hub serving Dallas, Plano, and Greenville, TX and were looking for an entrepreneurial-minded ophthalmologist to join us at the ground floor .

This is not corporate. Its not private equity. And its not one of those partnership carrot traps youve seen before.

Ive been there promised equity, worked like a dog, only to watch the practice get sold to private equity with zero upside for the associate. Thats not what were building here. Ive chosen to hang my own shingle, invest my own capital, and grow something from scratch and I will never do to a future partner what was done to me.

What You Bring

• MD or DO, Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist

• Strong cataract surgery skills; MIGS proficiency a plus

• Fellowship training in refractive surgery strongly preferred

• Entrepreneurial mindset excited about building and growing, not just clocking in

• Integrity, clinical skill, and leadership ability
