Customer Service Representative
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails
- Assist customers with product and order-related questions
- Enter customer and order information accurately into the system
- Provide general office and administrative support as needed
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication with customers and team members
- Occasionally assist with light warehouse-related tasks, such as packing boxes, if needed
- Previous customer service, retail, or office support experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and accurate typing skills required; a typing assessment may be administered during the interview process
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
