Are you ready to take off on your next career with us?Job Summary The Station Trainer, Ramp Services is responsible for delivering effective and compliant training to new and existing employees across all operational functions at the IAH Airport in Houston, TX. This is a Full Time position. Using a combination of classroom instruction, Learning Management System (LMS) platforms, and proimarily structured On-the-Job Training (OJT), the trainer ensures all staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to meet company, regulatory, and customer standards. This role plays a key part in fostering a culture of safety, performance, and continuous learning. Rate of Pay: $22.00 per hourResponsibilities

• Deliver training sessions in individual and group settings primarily utilizing OJT, but may include classroom and LMS online learning,
• Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding, recurrent training, and re-certifications in accordance with station and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, document, and update training plans and timelines, including milestones for progression and completion.
• Utilize the LMS to assign, track, and report training activities, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
• Conduct skill gap assessments to identify training needs and tailor instruction accordingly.
• Observe on-the-job performance to evaluate training effectiveness and coach employees to meet performance standards.
• Collaborate with station management and safety teams to align training with operational goals and safety procedures.
• Maintain training records, attendance logs, and evaluation reports in compliance with company policies.
• Support internal audits, inspections, and investigations by providing accurate training documentation.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance through consistent application of best practices in training delivery.Minimum Requirements
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of related operational experience in the aviation or ground handling industry preferred.
• WFS or carrier instructor certification (or ability to obtain).
• Prior experience administering or delivering training via LMS platforms.
• Experience in facilitating On-the-Job Training in a regulated environment.Preferred Skills
• Experienced in delivering content to diverse learners in classroom and hands-on formats.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communicator; skilled in providing feedback and direction.
• Strong grasp of safety regulations; integrates safety into training materials.
• Proficient with LMS, Microsoft Office, and digital training tools.
• An analytical approach to identifying gaps and improving training effectiveness.
• Adapts training to align with operational changes.Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
• Remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time.
• Frequently move throughout the office and operational areas.
• Regular use of computers, projectors, and office equipment.
• Occasionally lift and move training materials up to 25 pounds.
