Resident Services Coordinator | Luxury Condominiums

SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and service-driven individual to join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator. This role serves as a primary point of contact for residents and visitors, supporting daily property operations by delivering exceptional customer service and helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized community.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide friendly, professional service to residents, guests, vendors, and contractors
- Assist with resident amenities, including parking access, move-ins/move-outs, and vendor coordination
- Support concierge operations, including deliveries and break coverage
- Enter and track work orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Issue and manage access cards and credentials
- Help maintain the appearance and organization of the lobby, front drive, and parking areas
- Answer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette
- Perform additional duties as needed to support resident satisfaction and property operations
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management systems is a plus
- Previous experience in residential, hospitality, or apartment communities preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
