Contract Manager (Austin)
Responsibilities:
GeneraloversightandcoordinationofupstreamcustomerContracts,includinginitialreviews,incorporatingpreviousredlines,anddraftingsummariesforLegal/RiskManagementtoensuretimelyflowthroughContractexecutionwithprojectmanagementteams.
MaintainContractscheduleandcoordinatestatusreviewupdateswithLegalandRiskManagement.
Requestandmaintainbonds;i.e.,bid,contract,andconsent.
Maintainupstreambondsandbuildersriskcertificates.
Draftvariouscontractualinstrumentsandamendmentsinaccordancewithprescribedtemplatesandguidelineswhennecessary.
Produceandpublishreportsasrequired.
WorkcloselywithLegalandRiskManagementregardingcontractrequirements.
Comfortableoperatinginateamoriented,collaborativeworkenvironment.
Produceaccurateandtimelyresultswhilemaintainingacustomerserviceattitude.
