Bilingual General Labor
Work Hours: 3 PM - 11:30 PM (Will train for 2-3 weeks on 1st shift 7 AM - 4 PM)
Pay Range: $16/HR
Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of containment booms, including cutting, measuring, welding, and securing materials.
- Operate basic production tools such as hammers, tape measure, utility knives, drills and ( RF welding machines with training provided).
- Move raw materials and finished products within the facility using manual handling or equipment (e.g., pallet jacks,)
- Prepare materials for production runs.
- Package finished containment booms for shipment.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards preferred).
- Participate in safety meetings and training.
- Required: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8–10 hours).
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
