Prada Store Manager | Myer Melbourne | Max Term Contract

A Day in the Life
This is an 18-month Max Term Contract opportunity where you will lead the Prada Beauty counter team within Myer Melbourne, reporting directly to the Retail and Education Manager. You'll be the driving force behind the counter's success, embodying the brand's luxury ethos and creating memorable experiences for every customer.
Team Leadership & Development: You will inspire, coach, and manage the on-counter team, fostering a collaborative environment and driving performance to achieve sales targets.
Sales & Business Management: You'll be responsible for the counter's P&L, analyzing sales data, managing stock levels, and executing promotional activities to maximize retail success.
Customer Experience Excellence: Championing the Prada brand, you will ensure the team delivers exceptional, personalized service and builds a loyal customer base.
Operational Excellence: You will oversee all daily operations of the counter, ensuring compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and store policies.

- Proven experience in a retail management or counter management role.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a focus on coaching and development.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with experience managing sales targets and retail operations.
- A results-driven mindset with strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, your team, and store management. While cosmetics experience is a plus, your leadership potential is what truly matters.
