Department support specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- This is a customer service role which primarily works on cases in Salesforce related to billing and other operational issues. Will primarily act as an intermediary between the customer, the company/internal stakeholders, and potentially the utility. They handle cases escalated from tier one.
Skills:
- Background in customer service is crucial, along with basic Microsoft/Excel, and strong written/verbal commination and issue resolution skills.
- Experience with order to cash systems, Salesforce, and the energy market would be advantageous. No minimum years of experience or degree required; experience is preferred.
Education/Experience:
- High School or General Education Degree (GED)
