Sales Business Development Representative (BDC)
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Representative (BDC) to join our team! You’ll be a key contributor to our sales pipeline, serving as the first point of contact and setting appointments that drive revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Make a high volume of outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound leads, calls, emails, and digital inquiries promptly and professionally
- Follow up with leads to maximize show rates and conversion opportunities
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM system
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Deliver a professional, energetic, and customer-focused sales experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Previous experience in sales, call center, or business development preferred
- Comfortable with outbound calling and objection handling
- Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by performance
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work full-time
