Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Lead, train, schedule, and support team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, conduct performance appraisals, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and manage departmental budgets, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations, including OSHA and other safety standards.
  • Oversee the execution and delivery of company services and products, maintaining established quality standards.
  • Analyze and improve operational processes, information flow, and reporting systems.
  • Work closely with inventory and safety teams to optimize inventory management and maintain a safe workplace.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, collaborating with Human Resources and management as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management, sharing updates and participating in department meetings.
  • Conduct building walk-throughs and quality control inspections to ensure operational excellence.
  • Document and report workplace incidents or injuries promptly to supervisors and Human Resources.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational goals.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in an operations, supervisory, or related role preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, conflict management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and be on-call as needed.
  • Proficient in data entry and reporting; comfortable with technology and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a positive workplace culture and promote health, safety, and environmental standards.
