Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
- Lead, train, schedule, and support team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, conduct performance appraisals, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with management to plan and manage departmental budgets, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations, including OSHA and other safety standards.
- Oversee the execution and delivery of company services and products, maintaining established quality standards.
- Analyze and improve operational processes, information flow, and reporting systems.
- Work closely with inventory and safety teams to optimize inventory management and maintain a safe workplace.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, collaborating with Human Resources and management as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, sharing updates and participating in department meetings.
- Conduct building walk-throughs and quality control inspections to ensure operational excellence.
- Document and report workplace incidents or injuries promptly to supervisors and Human Resources.
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational goals.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in an operations, supervisory, or related role preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, conflict management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work extended hours and be on-call as needed.
- Proficient in data entry and reporting; comfortable with technology and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive workplace culture and promote health, safety, and environmental standards.
