No insurance background is needed we provide paid licensing assistance, hands-on training, mentorship, and the support needed to help you succeed in the industry.
Youll work directly with clients to recommend coverage solutions for auto, home, life, business, and more while building a strong network and expanding your client base over time.

Responsibilities- Guide clients through coverage options including auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance products.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach efforts.
- Build lasting client relationships by understanding individual needs and providing personalized recommendations.
- Assist clients with quotes, policy updates, coverage reviews, claims questions, and general account support in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and industry guidelines.
- Work alongside team members to support growth initiatives and achieve performance goals.
- Take part in ongoing training and development programs focused on sales, client management, and leadership growth.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized, self-motivated, and work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Desire to grow professionally through ongoing training and development opportunities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual(preferred not required)
