We’re looking for an experienced Shift Lead to join our team and help us deliver the exceptional customer experiences we’re known for.

About the Role:

As a Shift Lead , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our store runs smoothly during your shift. From managing daily operations to leading your team, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping everything on track while maintaining our high standards of quality and service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and support team members during your shift to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example by providing outstanding service and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including inventory checks, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
• Problem Solving: Handle any challenges that arise during your shift with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
• Training & Mentorship: Assist in training new team members and fostering a collaborative team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a food service or retail environment.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service and leadership.
• Dependability: Someone who is reliable, proactive, and ready to take initiative.
