Family Practice OR Internal Medicine Physician Pearland TX
We are seeking a compassionate Internal Med/Family Practice Physician to join our medical practice full time in Pearland TX. Our ideal Physician has tact and skill in patient management, excellent communication skills, and enjoys working as a part of a comprehensive integrated medical team to offer our patients the best care possible, that they need and deserve! We’re specifically seeking an MD who is comfortable in a collaborative, non-surgical setting and can oversee a multidisciplinary team. The incoming Physician will be able to manage primary care responsibilities, support care planning, and collaborate with our clinical staff. Experience or interest in hormone therapy, joint/trigger point injections or functional/holistic care would be a strong plus.

Job Duties:
- Perform initial medical evaluations for new patients, including history, physical exam, and medical decision-making
- Manage ongoing care for patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, and obesity as well manage patients undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including testosterone and estrogen protocols and and administer or supervise injections including trigger point injections, joint injections, PRP, and other regenerative therapies
- Oversee medical clearance for physical therapy, chiropractic care, DME issuance, and regenerative treatments.
- Review and co-sign care plans developed by the interdisciplinary team (chiro, PT, NP/PA if applicable).
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as medically necessary.
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
- Provide acute care management for minor illnesses (e.g., URIs, UTIs, GI issues)
- Perform medication management including refills and medication adjustments
- Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and supplement use related to hormone balance and wellness goals.
- Oversee the patient’s diagnosis and treatment
- Documentation - timely and accurate
- Collaboration with colleagues and staff for comprehensive patient care
- Supervise and delegate tasks appropriately to RNs, MAs, and ancillary staff.
- Attend and lead brief morning huddles and weekly interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company’s goals
- MD/DO from an accredited educational institution
- BCBE Family Practice/Internal med Physician
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of TX
- Experience or interest in hormone therapy, joint/trigger point injections or functional/holistic medicine is a strong plus
- Full time (Mon-Friday with office hours ending at 12 on Fridays)
- No Call or Weekends!
- $200k+ per year plus bonus compensation (depending on specialty/training)
