Operations Specialist (Entry Level)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our Training Coordinator in the preparation and execution of large-scale EvexiPEL and Integrative Solutions trainings. This role involves various responsibilities to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after training events.

Key Responsibilities

Training Preparation Assistance:

• Assist in the large-scale preparations for EvexiPEL and Integrative Solutions trainings, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Clean and sanitize Trocars ensuring each training kit is disinfected at least bi-yearly.
• Reset all training kits, verifying cleanliness and that all necessary supplies are included.
• Package training kit pellets.
• Manage the printing and processing of 3D printed materials.
• Print and affix “Medical Training Use” labels to all plastic bags used in training kits.
• Process gel shipments for training use.
• Conduct supply inventory for materials used in assigned tasks.
• Assist in producing and packaging Integrative Solutions and EvexiPEL folders.
• Prepare used training materials for shipment by packaging them appropriately.
• Organize and prepare for the event load-out in a systematic manner ensuring materials are organized and securely packaged.

On-Site Training Event Assistance:

• Support the Training Operations Coordinator with operational and logistical tasks during on-site training.
• Assist with load-in and load-out processes.
• Set up and break down training spaces, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place.
• Manage signage placement and ensure it is visible and clear for attendees.
• Guide attendees to the correct session locations and monitor training rooms.
• Provide reminders for session transitions during breaks and meals.
• Attend to the check-in desk to assist attendees as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the Training Operations Coordinator to ensure all aspects of training run smoothly.
• Assist with room monitoring, mic running, and ensuring excellence throughout the training event.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training or event preparation is a plus.

Compensation

$20-21/hour
Full-Time Position
  Hours/Days :
Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
During training event weeks, hour adjustments will be required, including the requirement of Saturday shifts.
