Overview:

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business
• Drive process improvement and remove inefficiencies
• Coach, train, and develop team members
• Analyze business metrics and drive organizational effectiveness
• Initiate and execute marketing activations
• Maintain high standards of food health and safety
• Manage inventory and relationships with vendors

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Hospitality or food service experience is a plus
• ServSafe Manager Certificate is expected
• Ability to execute procedures with excellence
